So this was only the 1st time i defeated mom s heart but a devil room appeared and there was a trap door in it but i wanted to see what was in the golden chest first but when i touched it i got a cut scene and the game ended with eden unlocked so i was unable to get in the trap door.

I beat mom s heart again a second time but the devil room did not appear again.
